repaired the defective work done by PDX Rovers aka PDX British. He removed and replaced the silicone encrusted after market heater PDX put in less than a year ago. He found cut lines, silicone where there should have been washers and worse.

I am quite happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for a honest and competent mechanic.

Russ is fast and good, for working alone on all makes and models.  Far as I can tell, he has never lied to me or sold me unnecessary service.  If replacing a part doesn't solve the problem there is no charge for part or labor.  I don't believe he offers a drive home so the customer must arrange for his own transportation.

We have used this shop a few times and always go back.. They are great with all makes and models...

Russ is a great person to work with. He has been straight up on all the occasions I have used him. I have even stopped by for something minimally important like a position light out on my Volvo XC-70 because they are so hard to reach and change. He comes out and knows the feel in the tight spot for these lights and slips a new one in without setting up an appointment.

They misdiagnosed the problem and ordered a new radiator when I didn't need it. I used them for quite a long time for service and maintenance on my car, and in retrospect I think they overcharged me often and were not straight forward with me about the repairs. I will not be using them again in the future.
