They did a great job from the estimate to the final product. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new garage door!

Our garage doors and motors were replaced in 2011. My husband arranged the replacement. When he was arranging our job with Superior door, I overheard my husband saying something about the narrow opening of our two garage doors being an issue. Even so, he had Superior door install two garage doors and two motors.
Right away one of the doors did not have two green lights on the sensors located at the base of the track. One light was orange, so it was misaligned. As it happened, we didn't use that door every day, so it wasn't a hardship to overlook.
Then, in 2012, I accidentally bumped the track of the other garage door. After that, both doors had one green light at the
sensor and one orange light. The second door is the one we use daily, so every day we had to hold down the button on the wall to shut either one of the doors.
In December 2012, I called Superior door and scheduled (I would have thought that was what I was doing) an appointment for help with the doors the first week of January. There was a miscommunication, because no one showed up during the first week of January.
Fortunately, my husband was home when someone from Superior door showed up the next week. For an unknown reason, the doors worked fine, so the workman charged only for the trip South from Salem and back. Both garage doors have misaligned sensors, but they are currently operating with the remote.

They were here quickly and did the work great and fixed the door. The reason we called them was because they were rated number one on the list. They came on right away and did the estimate as soon as they were able. They were on time and finished and also gave us some good recommendations to maybe prevent a future spring breaking. They did great.

I was home alone when I heard a loud bang, crash and felt a shake from our garage door. I found Superior Doors on angieslist and liked the reviews. They were very nice on the phone and came out the next morning to take a look. The man who came was named Mike. He took down some specifics about what parts would be needed and quoted me a price----$266. He said he'd be back out in two business days. Mike came back out and completed the work in less than hour, including two other small fixes which he noticed were needed----he did this at no extra charge. Both times Mike was here he was punctual and professional. He fully explained what he had done and why and even recommended a quick fix for my husband and I to do in order to make our door last longer. I was very pleased with the service I received from this company.

It is always fun to watch someone work who really knows what he is doing. The door opened and closed like new, and four months later it still functions very well. How nice that the man didn't want to sell me a new door or a new opener when I didn't need one.

"Baldy" the technician called a couple hours later asking for directions to my house and about fifteen minutes after the call, he showed up. Baldy replaced the springs, tested the garage door and was done in about thirty minutes. He was very professional as was Mary.

They went out of their way to do the research and come up with a product that I wanted. I have large garage doors that are custom made and in order to get the transmitters that would work, they had to be special ordered. He went back to his shop and found some that he ordered. As soon as they got in a few days later, he came and installed them and they work great.
