+ -1 moreThey came to measure when they said they would. Then I met with the designer who explained the process and gave me a detailed estimate. We have not decided to move forward, but they are very helpful and fun to work with so far.

+ 0 moreThe service was contracted with Star Builders, but the project manager was Rick Bauer from Tile Gallery. Rick Bauer did a tile job that he estimated would take 2.5 weeks and it took 2.5 MONTHS. He had a crew at my house who brought their children - my neighbor told me about that. . I have to laugh when I look at the tile floors on their website because there is NO WAY their crew could install a flat tile surface. DO NOT USE. They demanded full payment after the first conflict occurred for a cabinet issue. This was within the first 3 weeks of the job. After I brought up about the young guys that brought their kids to my house they crews then stop putting down plastic on the floor and the was dust everywhere.
Description of Work: Install of new cabinetry and tiling for kitchen, breakfast nook, and laundry room.

Description of Work: Our project entailed plumbing, wiring, flooring, cabinetry and tile work - an extensive bathroom/bedroom remodel. Experts in their field worked diligently from beginning to end of each phase of the project. The results of each phase showed careful attention to every detail, including debris removal and dust control. These exceptional, qualified professionals set high standards for themselves, and each one excels in delivering a high end product. Today we have a very exquisite bathroom and bedroom that we take pride in. We are extremely happy with Star Builders, LCC and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them. Fabulous job!

+ -1 moreJason was very responsive to our request for an estimate, and showed up to do the walk-through on time. He was both personable and knowledgeable, and made several suggestions for small items we could do ourselves more cost effectively. He gave us a bid quickly since he knew we had a deadline; the bid was reasonable for the work to be done. He was willing to schedule the work into the short time frame we needed, which was critical. We ultimately picked a different, smaller contractor for this job, but will definitely consider Star Builders again when we need other work done.
Description of Work: We had Star Builders (Jason) give us an estimate to complete some repairs required by the lender on a home we are purchasing. This included repair/ re-build of a 8x12 ft deck, railing and steps; drywall patches and texture repair throughout the house; and replacing the vapor barrier in the crawlspace under the house.
