After they cleaned my carpets I had a huge flea infestation. I will never use them again. They also broke something of mine while they were here.

They cleaned the carpet in the hallway and living room. I have recommended them to my Granddaughter. We've had them out several times before. I like the process and the fact that not only is it deep cleaned but the carpet dries out faster. They also warranty it so if we run into problems they will come back out and help us out. They were very punctual. They gave me a time they would be here and they were here within 15 minutes. We would definitely use them again.

They were excellent. They did an excellent job. They did the hallway into the bedroom and into the kitchen. Once they cleaned up, they sprayed the carpets with a product that repelled additional dust. I spent about $60 on the job. I had a discount coupon. The young man was very professional and punctual. He gave me little tips on how to keep the carpets clean. He was very good. It was a job very well done. I will use them again in the future.
