+ -1 moreKevin was so patient. He spent quite a bit of time with us, gathering information and listening to what we needed. He is so knowledgeable about what would work and was always ready to suggest more cost effective ways of accomplishing the same goal. He knows a lot about how houses are built and what is ADA compliant. Most importantly, he was good at explaining in a way that we could understand. Kevin is easy to work with and effective and obviously loves his job. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Kevin’s background is in architectural drafting /structural detailing. He framed houses for over 20 years and also worked with one of thebest-known home remodeler/designers in Portland before branching out on his own. Kevin designed our 400 square foot addition and also the extensive remodel of bathrooms, study and bedrooms. We had three face-to-face meetings at the home and the rest was accomplished through emails and phone calls. He sent us pictures of the design changes so we could decide what we really wanted. This was our first home remodel and we really had difficulty deciding what we wanted.
