We were pleased how quickly they responded to the initial contamination caused by the backed up sewer. Their crew was here within a day and rapidly removed the contaminated surfaces and materials; then closed off the area with plastic and did a thorough decontamination. Throughout the communications were exceptional.
The reconstruction phase was completed somewhat slowly; however, this was not a great concern for us because it was in a part of the house that we did not use very much. The quality was excellent and their professionals cared about providing a great result.
Overall, we enjoyed working with the various professionals involved in this month-long project. The responsiveness was outstanding. The manager of the project always responded to any questions quickly and courteously.
