Excellent job. Reasonable (compared to another company I got estimate from)

 They were wonderful during a high stress time.  They had to store all the goods until the room was restored and all environmental issues were resolved.  At this time, they returned everything back to my basement, even though I was unavailable.  They were totally reliable, professional and worked cheerfully.  Nothing but positive results working with them.

The service lasted for about 2 weeks. My experience with them has been positive. The guys were pleasant and seemed to know what they were doing. If I have negative issues, it’s just that the whole process was slow but I think that’s just  part of the way it was and it didn’t have anything to do with how they were doing things.

The company was contacted and brought in by our insurance adjustor. they can in with the full expectation that they would perform not only the dry out but the repairs as well. while they were ding the ddry out the expected us to be on property at their convenience without regard to our schedules. They complained about daycare costs which is why they had to leave abruptly at times. Each technician had a different idea as to the amount of damage so I am not entirely sure the real damage was.
They purchased product, paint, set up appointments all without consulting us about possible upgrades. They completely ignored our concerns about the type of insulation that they wanted to install. They were rude, dismissive and unprofessional. One of the repairman was hung over and smelled strongly of alcohol. The work they did on the dry wall was completely substandard. The cut lines made on the sheet rock were crooked and that was on an exposed edge and the one wall is 1/2 inch out of plumb.When we terminated all future services they told my husband that they would be back...I guess they thought the insurance company would back them.
All in all, I was totally disgusted by our experience with them and would never hire them again in any circumstance

They were excellent. I was so happy with them. They were on time. They came promptly when I called them to come.

Good quality of work. Pretty easy to work with. Not the fastest response. Took longer than it should have.

We didn't get an estimate until near the end of the project despite multiple requests. There was lack of coordination of all the subcontrators for flooring and counter tops which resulted in the subcontractors being here at the wrong time and not being able to complete their work as planned. The drywall was of very poor quality with gaps around the electrical outlets. There were good quality under cabinet lights to re-install, they put in poor quality lights that didn't work and needed a return visit by a licensed electrician at our insistence. The counter top underlayment was not done correctly and the carpenter tried to force our stove back into the inaccurately measured opening, loosening some of the side trim on the stove. The project manager made very few visits on-site in spite of all the problems we had and didn't visit for a final inspection. Other people had recommended this company to us based on their experiences several years ago and the insurance co recommended them also.
