It did not go well. When they arrived to do the work one of the crew came in and said the lighting problem would be another fee of almost $200. We told them we called them to fix the lighting, not to clean the sign. We asked the workman to be sure they did what was agreed upon or not go forward until this issue could be sorted out. They completed the work anyway, left and invoiced us. The lights were not repaired. I wrote a letter asking about the invoice and explaining the situation. The response I received was rude. We made several calls to Brad to try and get this worked out. After many many messages he basically chewed us out and refused to do anything. We were forced to deal with 3 different people at their shop so I suspect that one person didn't speak to the other about the change in the scope of the work we were requesting. However, if this was simply a mistake it could have been worked out. I will never use this company again. Their mistake cost me money that it just wasn't worth fighting about but the whole experience left  a very bad taste in my mouth.
