 + -1 moreI own a Salem insurance agency with 15 employees. I was referred to Jesse after our previous computer tech service provider was unavailable. I had just hired two new employees about the time one of our current computers went belly up. Jesse saved me money from what Dell.com could provide, ordered all the computers and had them installed on the network within the week. I was in a tough spot and Jesse responded quickly and efficiently.. I can't recommend his services enough.
Description of Work: Installed three new Dell workstations, including dual monitors and full network connectivity.

Description of Work: I had some issues with my computer and the hard drive crashed. They came out and tried to fix it but needed to take it in shop. I also had them take in my back up computer to run tests. Both came back in top shape and they charged what they promised. I have had nothing but problems in the past with other companies over-charging and never fixing the issues. This company is the very best I have ever come across. They actually have a store front, a first!! Save money and headaches and go here from now on.
