THE LAPTOP WAS A LEMON, AND IT TOOK THEM THREE TRIES TO FIX IT. I HAD THE COMPUTER FOR A FULL YEAR, AND THEN AFTER THAT IT STOPPED BOOTING UP. I TOOK IT OVER THERE, AND THEY SENT IT TO THE COMPANY. I HAD IT HOME FOR THREE OR FOUR DAYS AND I TRIED TO PUT XP PRO ON IT. THE LADY AT MICROSOFT SAID IT WOULDN'T WORK BECAUSE THERE ARE HARD DRIVE ISSUES. THEY REPLACED THE HARD DRIVE WHICH TOOK ANOTHER MONTH.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE AUDIO, THE HARD DRIVE, AND THE FUNCTION KEYS.
