I called about 20 people to get a cat that had been up a  tree  for two
days on my property. Finally R & D answered and sent someone out
within the hour. He climbed the tree in a jiffy, but the cat was scared
and climbed higher. Eventually the cat was about 70 feet up on the tip
top of the tree. The man snipped the tree tip off, and was finally able
to rescue the cat. R & D has done about 100 cat rescues, but this
was one of the scariest and most difficult. Cats do NOT always climb
down out of trees, and this one owes its 7 pound life to R & D!

They were on time, very efficient. The work they did was beyond our expectations for the amount we paid. They did an excellent job and I would recommend without reservation.

George was wonderful to work with. He was communicative, upbeat, and professional. He planted about 25 arbor vitae 1 1/2 years ago at a discounted rate and all are doing well! We will use this company again.

Provider did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them.

I just bought my first house 2 mths ago and have never had to have trees trimmed or removed before in my life so this was a first time experience for me. Also, this was an unexpected expense at a time when a lot of money has just been spent. I received 3 quotes and RD was not the lowest quote but only $75.00 more than the lowest quote. As this was my first time, I had a lot of questions like and quot;should I wait until falland quot;, and quot;should I remove this tree or notand quot;, and quot;what's the best thing to do?and quot; I kept trying to go with the company that quoted the lowest and while they were very nice, on time etc, between the guy that provided the quote and the office staff, they just couldn't seem to coordinate to answer my questions. I called and emailed several times trying to get my questions answered and I would get answers but not to the questions I asked. Eventually, they stopped responding. I'm certain they are a very busy business and have a lot on their plate and at the same time, it always bugs me when people don't take the time to read or hear, fully, what your question is making me have to ask the same thing repeatedly. They were very nice about it though, while we were communicating. They have not followed up with me.
George from RD was very patient with me and my questions. He was also the only company to follow up with me when I took a few days to think about things. Because of a change in schedule, they got me in a lot quicker than originally anticipated. The very friendly team showed up on time the next day and spent the entire day working very hard doing all the work and it was a lot of trimming out they had to do. Cleanup was good. George came back the next day to grind out the stump of the removed tree and even cleaned up a bit by stacking the wood in neater piles. This really made me happy!
I would and have already, referred RD Tree Service to others and will definitely call them again if I need tree work.

trimmer ,Seraphino, is excellent and will take time to make sure things
are done properly. For about 6 years now Rand D has had our business
exclusively and will continue to be our tree and arbor vitae experts.

The crew removed a very large spruce tree from our front yard. The tree was in the corner of our fence where it hangs over on to the neighbors' side. They used their boom truck to pick the branches off the tree and set them down on the sidewalk along the fence. A two man crew was done in about 6 hours. Tree was gone, firewood cut and stacked. George grinded the stump and the whole job was done inside of 8 hours.

They were prompt showing up. The crew did a great job with the trees and cleanup afterwards. Very Knowledgeable and professional. Did everything promised and more. I will recommend them to all of my friends and plan on having them back next year for some other work that needs to be done. You can't go wrong with them and the price was reasonable!

George and his crew are very hardworking and professional. They basically removed everything in the front, side and back of my house. I recommend them highly. I hired them to do another job as a donation for my church I think so highly of them. I also plan on hiring them to take down a huge Oak tree in my daughter's yard.

George and his crew are absolutely the best! A couple of years ago they removed a 90-foot fir without causing any damage to the plastic fence next to it, or my flower bed right under it. This week they cleaned up storm damaged and dead limbs on two more tall firs, cut down a lilac tree so we can build a new deck, cleaned up and shaped a sprawling plum tree, and ground a stump from an old apple tree. All in less than four hours. George listens and provides great advice. He shows up when scheduled. His crew is meticulous about cleaning up when they're done. I give them the highest marks in all categories.

He did a great job. He takes pride in his work and had a great follow-up to ensure the quality of his work. He was very prompt and efficient in getting the work done. He delivered exactly what he promised and was very thorough. He was on time and communicated well.

I was very happy with the complete job from start to finish. They were very fast and efficient. And they were also the best priced company that I found.

My cat Loopy was stuck 40 feet up in a fir tree. We waited all day for the first guy I called. He didn't show up or call. Next I called R D.
George arrived within an hour of my call as promised. He was very polite, professional and assuring. He zipped up the tree and quickly located her. She however, was freaked out, thus, uncooperative. She went way out to the end of the branch. George was quiet and patient. He went out as far as possible gently coaxed her to just within his reach the quickly and gently took hold of the scruff of her neck and slipped her into the bag zipped her up an carefully brought her down. Loopy is only 18 mos old and this was her first foray into a tree. Something obviously chased her up. She was up there for 3 days in wind and rain. George worked with her, reassured her and got to her as only people with special cat abilities can. The guy has a way with cats. Its amazing to watch!
After he left we realized that he had done some previous work for us years ago removing a tree.
My dad had (for a couple of years) been telling the story of how efficient and precise R D people were at removing a very large fallen branch in a very precarious situation - without any damage to the garage or the classic car inside at the time. We had forgotten the name of the company that had done it. I am so glad that the first guy never showed up.

I contacted R D tree service to give me an estimate to trim some lural bushes that have grown over the property line and were up against the house. When called, Jorge said he could be out in an hour. Unforuntally he took closer to two hours though he did call several times to keep me updated. When he did arrive he quickly gave me a fair estimate, as well as discribed what his crew would do ie trim the bushes, remove the limbs and clean up the area of the mess. He said he could send his crew out in about four days, but will call if he could get me in eariler. He called two days later and said he could get it done that day if it is ok. I agreed. His crew arrived at the agreed time and went over what I wanted. They then proceded to do exactly what I wanted and cut the bushed right to the property line. Looks like a giant knife came down and trimed the trees. They then chiped all the limbs and cleaned up the area. The entire area looked better than it started. The crew was polite and very good. I was very happy with the service and will be using them again.
