From the initial quote to the tree removal, the service was timely and completed with out any issues. Reasonably priced $250 for bigger trees and $100 for smaller tree

Rand R, as always, was very prompt in providing us an estimate. As the tree was leaning and potentially faulty, they put us on their immediate schedule for removal the next day. They were efficient, very knowledgeable, and hardworking. The tree was down and debris cleaned up in the window of time provided. It was a very hot day, and they continued to get the job done properly. They honored the senior discount. We have used this company in the past and continued to be impressed with their level of service. We highly recommend them.

They do a great job. Their quotes are low. I am using them again to take out some trees.

The crew showed up with their truck and tow behind chipper. They trimmed the douglas fir trees 20 feet up on our side of the driveway. The trees are our neighbors trees planted right on our property line. The limbs crowd our only driveway going up to our house. (UPS and FedEx trucks were getting beat up because of the low limbs.)
They not only completed the job in one day, but cleaned up the property and left it better than it was when they arrived!! The guys took all the branches and debris.
By the end of the day the truck was completely full of bark chips.
I am very, very happy with their work! I will absolutely hire R and R Tree Service again! They are hard working professionals who do what they say they will. Their estimate was exactly what I paid for the job.

Very good workers. Easy to talk to and deal with. They even stayed and fulfilled an extra request for 30-40 minutes; no questions asked. Will use them in the future as needed. Very reasonable fees. Staff knows what they are doing. Office was very friendlw and down to business. They get an A+ from me on this job. Workcrew leader took the time to explain his thoughts and made additional recomendations to tell the neighbor.

They cleaned up after themselves and took great care to make sure nothing was damanged in the process of limb removal. We've used them before and we will again. Their prices are reasonable, but have increased recently.

I requested an estimate, and Robert was already in front of the house as I pulled up at the agreed upon time. I asked him to provide an estimate for trimming both trees and also for trimming one and removing the other. He looked pretty closely at them both and their pattern of limbs and concluded that I should either leave them both standing or take both out, since neither one would look good by themselves. I opted to keep them, and an estimate was emailed to me later that day. On the scheduled day, his crew arrived on time, finished the job in a timely manner, with excellent results and amazingly minimal damage to the surrounding landscaping and lawn. I also used R and R a few years earlier to remove a large fir tree and grind the stump. The quality of service was also excellent then.

Promptly came out for an estimate. Received quote via email. Scheduled service via email. Arrived earlier than anticipated. Neat, clean work crew. Fast and efficient. The only complaint is that the trees are 40 feet tall and the trimming back to the fence line and slightly beyond only went up about 15 feet. The reason I hired a tree service rather than borrowing a chain saw on a pole and asking my husband to do it was that I was under the impression that they would have the equipment to reach higher to remove the branches that were overhanging into our yard. My goals were to regain sunlight into our backyard and to be able to power wash the fence and apply a stain/sealer to help preserve the fence. We now have easy access to the fence and I do have more sunlight in the back yard. As I have never hired a tree service before, there may have been some mis-communication on exactly what I wanted to achieve.

They came on time and did the work. They were pleasant and they got it done. They did a good work. They cleaned up after themselves. It's a good service. It was an honest price for what they did. They were good. I have used them in the past and I will use them in the future.

Excellent service, could not ask for more. Price was great, in all honesty I would have paid more for the work that was done. Would use them again without reservation.

They arrived at the time that was stated. The workers were very professional and worked hard and fast. They cut large pieces down to firewood size and stacked it. Used the chipper for the smaller limbs. Cleaned the yard when finished. I will certainly hire them again. I was very impressed with their work.

Great work, arrived when they said they would, did what I asked. One thing the estimator didn't tell me was that they would need to come back to grind out the roots. It would have been nice to know that initially as I needed to be present to unlock the gates for the work to be done. Other wise great to work with and would use this company again.

Scheduled 2 weeks out, arrived on time, excellent work ethic. Got both jobs done as requested on same day. Chipped up all debris, and cleaned up sidewalk and roadway. Limbs above landscaping were roped down as requested. No damage resulted. Next day I notice a medium limb, cut but caught in upper tree branches above sidewalk and roadway, easy to miss. One phone call and they returned right away to remove branch. Easy to work with, personable. Neighbor was also happy with work done. Cost was as estimated.

The work went fine. They left the yard clean. The only problem was, the Rand R office set the date about 20 days ago. It was supposed to be yesterday, that the crew came out. Nobody came. The crew arrived unexpectedly today, at 7:45 a.m.

I thought the price was pretty reasonable. I wish they would have hauled away the wood, we had to make arrangements for someone to come pick up the pieces. As far as getting the work done they did a good job. They had good personality.
