The estimate was clear. The price was great. I scheduled the job. It was completed in no time at all. Every single person I had contact with was friendly and professional. They removed debris from the trees as promised. The person showed up with a stump grinder the following week. He was done in 10 minutes. Polite guy. Job well done. We will definitely be contacting them again for more tree removal.

3 man crew arrived right on time. Did an excellent job. Big job done in 4 hours. Tree looks great . Wife was very happy which means everything. $700.00 less than 2 other companies Silver maple tree in front yard: remove lower 10 inch leader off co-dominant attachment cutting back to trunk to clear light, width reduction on larger leader over home by 10-12ft, width reduction on outer canopy, reduce width by 5-10 ft depending on cuts removed from above, balance, crown clean by removing epicormic shoots

We hired R&R when we first moved into our home (2016) to remove a handful of trees. Just this past December we had them remove the remainder of our old trees and removal of all the stumps. They are always prompt and professional

Good job overall. The only complaint I have is the crew overlooked a few of the cut-off branches that had fallen down into the interior of the hedge, which I had to pull out and recycle later. No biggie.

The crew listened well and performed very well. very happy for the price paid, Will hire again next hear!!!

Stress crack in second tree caused the job to take two days because they didn't have a bucket truck available on the first day. Otherwise, went good.

The quality of the pruning was excellent, and done professionally. However, the real concerns I have are with the cleanup. I had made arrangements with my neighbors to have their yard and pool accessible to the workers for cleaning. The workers did not clean up the neighbor's area there were apples floating in the swimming pool, apples on the terrace, and debris everywhere. Our yard was also not cleaned up properly, even though they attempted to blow some of the debris away. They were apples in our yard as well as large amount of debris. I was busy doing something in the house when the workers left and they had assured me that they would take care of the neighbors yard and our debris. By the time I got a look at it, the workers had left. My neighbor came home and cleaned up the mess in his yard and then called me to inform me of what it happened. I was humiliated and embarrassed. I took over a really good bottle of wine and he was quite forgiving of me, although he had nothing but bad things to say about the company. I, too, am disappointed and so I went to the company's office and they offered to send a letter to my neighbor apologizing, but made no effort to come and clean up or to reduce the cost. I will never use thiscompany, they do not live up to the standards that they claim to of leaving the yard in the condition in which they found it.

Crew showed up on time as always and completed the job. The crew leader did not check in and let me know when the job was done; left a copy of the receipt on the porch soaking wet in the pouring rain. My biggest issue is I just installed a new roof and new gutters on the front of the house in September and the branch they cut down above the house landed on my new roof; hit the gutter  and dented it. Although it was minor damage; they did not let me know this happened and I found out this weekend while up on a ladder cleaning the leaves out of the gutters. I have always had good service from this company over the years, and this was the first time I have had any problems. I also had to call them back out to cut a section of another branch they left 3 feet on that stuck up in the middle. Would have appreciated them letting me see the completion prior to them leaving; there was no followup. Office staff sounded surprised when I informed them of this.

Best and friendliest folks to work with, and would recommend them in a heartbeat! R & R came out in a timely manner to provide an estimate.  Trees were removed in their entirety in less than a week. Nothing was billed over their estimate.  We now will be replacing those trees with something more native to our area....and will be calling R & R again to do just that for us!  Thank you, R & R!!     

It went fine.  I initially had an estimate for both a backyard leveling and the removal of a large Laurel bush.  I ended up going with the Laurel removal only.  The removal went fine.  They came and removed the Laurel, and later in the day the stump removal guy came and removed the root system.  The removal of the roots was a bit mediocre.  Some of the area was missed, but most of it was taken care of.
I gave the check to the stump removal guy, I asked if he could take payment and he said yes.  He misplaced the check, so a bit of a hassle there.  I would recommend if you deal with R&R that you mail in your check, or bring it in to their shop in person. 

An arborist came out to give me an estimate, and I found him very helpful in terms of telling me which trees I really needed to be worried about and which were in good shape. They completed the work while I was at work, but I was very happy with how they got the two trees away from the back of the house. The two cherry trees in the front just needed a lot of clean up, and they look a lot better. The one gripe I had is that they did not initially remove a lot of smaller debris, but after I emailed asking if they were coming back, they were sent back the next day and cleaned up the rest.
