Miguel was highly recommended to me by a fellow teacher and a real estate agent. He was easy to work with when he did the job. He used 30 year Rodda paint. I asked him on the front end realistically how long should this paint job last. He said 10 years. I was satisfied with this. It began chipping in 5 years. Last summer at almost the 7 year mark, I had him come look at it. He said the sides that were chipping because they were on the sun sides. I said that doesn't matter - all houses get sun. He didn't have an answer for me and said this has never happened before. I said either Rodda or he needed to make something right with this. He said he'd go talk with Rodda and then get back to me. He pulled a piece of the paint off which came off in a sheet - the primer and all! I never heard back from him regardless me leaving him several messages. I went into Rodda and they sent out their regional painting manager to look at my house. He said the house was not properly prepped. He said they didn't do a good enough job power washing to get off loose paint. I left Miguel another message with this information and still have not heard back from him. Needless to say, I am NOT happy and will never use him again. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, HE DOES NOT BACK UP HIS WORK!!!
