This initially started out to be a DIY project, however, some of the plumbing issues were beyond our level of expertise. When we contacted Plumbers Northwest for assistance they immediately responded and resolved our problem. In addition, since they had more time left on their allotted service fee charge, they placed the surround pieces in for the shower at no extra charge. Before leaving they offered to assist us, if we had any questions or concerns that would arise as we completed this project. I did call them regarding a "how to" question and they immediately gave us the answer, resolving the issue and didn't not charge for this information.
