Platinum was a little hard to get a hold of, but because it wasn't an emergency I kept trying.
When he came out he spent time checking all the electrical including going under the house.
He explained what was needed and what he would do. He made time in his schedule to come
out the next day to fix the problem. The price he quoted was what he charged.

Everthing went very smoothly. The job required a bit of remodeling and both the supervisor and the technician knew what they were doing. Work was done in a timely manner.

They were absolutely great to work with both times that they came out. We actually had renters the last time that they came over and they were very nice, friendly, professional, and responsible about getting back to us when we called. They are very precise about when they would be able to get to the job, and they gave us a couple choices on which time would work best for us. They're very good about keeping us updated, and making it more convenient for us.

They are extremely responsive. Whenever we have a problem he sends someone over very quickly. He tried save us some money by grouping together somethings. His price is competitive.
