Steve and his crew were here on time. They did a great job, were polite and friendly and cleaned up everything well. The price was fair. I would hire this company again for hedge work.

This is the second time Steve completed work for me. In the previous year I had him trim trees from my neighbors trees towering over my fence. He has a tree trimmer who climbs the tree and removes branches without entering the neighbors property. He uses a pulley system to drop the limbs to the ground. Top notch work. I've had other companies trim the trees off of a ladder and couldn't reach the high limbs.

I've used Steve's company for 12 years with complete satisfaction. I've not compared his prices aggressively with other services. Steve may not be low bidder but he has never damaged anything and his employees behave like middle-class people. He suggests clever solutions to tricky trimming problems and always has good climbers. Steve has been very cooperative about delivering hardwood chips to my property for use as mulch.

Went great ... did exactly what we asked.

I was needing some serious tree trimming service in my yard, but was not sure who I could get to take care of the situation. The tree limbs were over hanging my roof, dumping tons of leaves and dead branches on it. Fortunately, Steve came by and asked if they could provide tree trimming service. I asked for an estimate and was pleasantly surprised at his competitive price (that was on a Friday). I asked him when he could start, and he told me next Monday morning would be fine. We actually concluded this and quot;contractand quot; for service with a hand-shake. (Lawyers, please note!) He and his crew showed up right on time with all the equipment they needed to do the job. Steve P. provided outstanding supervision of the three man work crew. I had the Christmas tree and several garlands left over from the holidays and without me asking, they promptly chipped the residue. The whole job, which included taking down a large Oak tree and several branches of Oak and Maple, only took about 4 hours. When the job was completed, Steve asked me to review the work for further trimming. I did ask for a couple more branches be trimmed and he did this immediately without asking for additional fees. The work site was left immaculate. I am truly happy with his work, integrity and effectiveness. I will gladly recommend his company!

The owner of the company brought his dog to s*** in my yard and I
asked that he put the dog in his pick up and he said oh she's ok. It
wasn't ok with me but he was too dense to see that.
The men came
to trim the trees and started dropping the pieces on my established
plants below so I asked them to stop. The owner came back and
demanded $75 for me to get rid of them after cutting one limb and
damaging plants.
So no I would never consider having them any where near my property again.

They gave us good advice about safety. They were very punctual about telling us when they would be coming. They had a larger crew than expected. We would definitely use this company again.

I reached Steve Papendieck quickly by phone and he came to give an estimate. Since the estimate was fair and since he has done work for many others in my neighborhood, I contracted for his services. He and his worker came within a few days of my call to remove the trees. The work was done carefully and well. I have watched other workers from this company removing or pruning trees in my neighborhood and have been impressed by their comportment, professionalism and hard work. I recommend them highly.

They were very reliable, they showed up when they said they would. They did a good job, they were friendly and we weren't worried about security with them on the property. They quoted a price and stuck with it. The only reason we didn't use them the last time is because their bid was really, really high.

They did a great job. They were able to remove the two trees without causing damage to the other trees. They were all intertwined. They cleaned up great. I would recommend them to others.
