It was the best we've had. We've tried other companies with the hot water steam type of cleaning and the other types of cleaning. We've tried 3 different kinds and this was the most successful. It uses some type of oxygen cleaner that has been formulated in some sort of machine from Europe. It was the most successful at getting out some pattern stains that we hadn't been able to get out before.

David was honest and trustworthy, someone who I have no trouble letting into my home. Oxi Fresh's carpet cleaning method doesn't use much water, so the carpets don't take long to dry and they feel very clean and fluffy when they are done cleaning. David's professionalism was a little rough around the edges however, and he didn't do the most thorough job that he could have. I tried his company through a loss-leader groupon coupon, and he made a point of mentioning that it was a loss leader and that they don't make money on them.
