Otto's Backhoe is located in Salem, Oregon and was established in 1977 and has been responsible for providing outstanding Excavating Services in the Willamette Valley ever since. Our specialty is in but not limited to the area of small to midsized jobs where very large machines or crews are not needed or are impractical. Our regular customers particularly value our overall service variety offered and our prices. We serve both contractors and homeowners and are very willing to work with you to provide assistance on your next project. Homeowners in particular value our homeowner assisted services allowing the Homeowner to do as little or as much as their capability or needs allow.
