+ -1 moreVery disappointed in results. The ants should have been eliminated with all the treatments we have paid for. Their responsiveness only improves temporarily upon lodging a complaint.
Description of Work: We began with Orkin service about a year and a half ago for an ant problem. They have continued with at least 3-4 different service personnel (including the manager) to attempt to eradicate our ant problem. The ants always reappear. The promises made to continue contact at weekly intervals were empty. The technician arranged to come for our routine service last Friday and called at 4:45 on Friday to indicate he would not be out, but would try to come out this week. He has not called to reschedule. My main issue is WE STILL HAVE ANTS and they should be gone by now for all the money we have spent on this issue.

+ -1 moreWe had termites and they are gone. The first visit was free and then we had to have a subscription for a year. They are supposed to come out every three months. Every time I had to call them for that. They had to leave a report and every time I had ask them to send a report. Even though they got rid of the termites, their follow up wasn't very good.

+ -1 moreThey have got ride spiders and we also have them come out ever quarter to spray. I was surpised at how attentive ORKIN has been. If I see an ant then they send me traps. I wasn't expecting them to be attentive to issues outside of their regular detail. I would give them an A rating and will use them again.
