Very disappointed in results. The ants should have been eliminated with all the treatments we have paid for. Their responsiveness only improves temporarily upon lodging a complaint.

We had termites and they are gone. The first visit was free and then we had to have a subscription for a year. They are supposed to come out every three months. Every time I had to call them for that. They had to leave a report and every time I had ask them to send a report. Even though they got rid of the termites, their follow up wasn't very good.

I have a contract with them. I am satisfied with their work. They spray the exterior of the house. If requested, they would spray the interior. They are professional.

They have got ride spiders and we also have them come out ever quarter to spray. I was surpised at how attentive ORKIN has been. If I see an ant then they send me traps. I wasn't expecting them to be attentive to issues outside of their regular detail. I would give them an A rating and will use them again.
