After much research on the web, including Angie’s List and the Oregon CCB, I hired Oregon Ducts, Inc. in May 2021 to clean the furnace ducts in my 15 year old Wilsonville home. I was not disappointed in Oregon Duct’s work. Steve - the owner - was the best: knowledgeable, skilled, hardworking, and just a darn nice person! I know from my research that a lot of companies use just a shop vac, brush, and sometimes an air compressor to clean ducts. I’m a hardcore do-it-yourselfer, so I was really curious how Steve would go about this project. He had lots of specialized equipment (and he used different techniques) to clean the branch and main supply ducts, return ducts, and furnace plenum, and his whole truck is a huge and powerful vacuum cleaner. Steve is incredibly thorough – a true professional who takes pride in doing the job right. I’m so lucky I hired Oregon Ducts.

They did a great job, explaining what was being done, and showing us both a before and after. Extremely professional, and put down drop cloths and corner protectors to make sure everything was protected. We would definitely use them again, and recommend them without hesitation

Work performed was thorough and efficient. They explained what they were doing and answered questions. They also offered suggestions to assist beyond their cleaning services. The technicians were polite, friendly and professional. I would recommend them to my friends and definitely call them again with air duct system needs. I also thought their cost of service was very reasonable.

Oregon Ducts did a fantastic job, very professional and they showed us their progress and findings every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them and give them a high rating: Two Thumbs Up! My advice is to not shop for duct cleaners based on specials or coupons, better to go with a pro. This is a professional family business that's been in business for over twenty years, and they have the right knowledge, experience, and equipment to do it fully and correctly.

Two technicians worked through the house very thoroughly duct by duct. They showed me how the huge intact "tube" attached to the furnace was sucking in all the debris inside the ducts as they went through the system. It was a loud process for a couple hours but well worth it to get all the debris cleaned out from the kitchen remodel. They had to remove the covers to the 3 intake ducts and were careful to put all furniture back that they'd displaced. Very professional.

It was great. The crew started off by showing me on a video what the procedure entailed and then took before and after pictures for me to view. They were right on time and called prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way. The took their shoes off each time they entered the house. They were courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Oregon Ducts Inc to everyone.

It went great. You get what you pay for; professionalism and quality work!! Steve explained what he was doing and showed me the results as he cleaned the ducts. A huge vacuum was attached at the heat/cooling unit outside while Steve blew pressurized air with a rotating whip-like device that scrubbed the cold air returns and the heating ducts as it pushed the debris toward the vacuum. It was amazing to watch and to see what was being removed. Don't confuse this process with competitors who just vacuum your ducts. I would definitely hire Steve again!!! I feel so much better about our home's air quality and wish I had done it sooner but am especially glad that my Mom will move into a home with clean air!! The cost was $936 for two homes including a 10% discount. (There is a base fee of $190 plus $20 per duct and it took 2 hours per house.)

Just fine; crew was very professional, very careful and fast; no problems; I mark "B" on price only because we had cheaper offers/estimates but I was a bit skeptical about their quality; I consider the price we paid to be only slightly on the high side and worth the reassurance of a good job; we had used this firm before and been impressed that they were reliable and efficient so we went with them; I would used them again and recommend them.

Steven and Alvin of Oregon Ducts were superb. For our job, they worked ten days in advance of the furnace rebuild. They arrived at the minute they were due. They fully informed us what they'd be doing and why, then laid out protective materials to eliminate spillover from the cleaning and from walking in and out. They showed us a photo of their system at work - a rotating flail that loosens all the buildup in ducts, which is drawn into their truck in the driveway: it's the type you've seen with several vertical black 'bags' taking in the vacuumed grit. Steven and Alvin have done this so much, they moved with precision and speed. The cost of their service was included in our furnace system full-teardown/rebuild through Jacobs Heating and Air Conditioning, but if I remember correctly, the price structure is $300 with $25 per duct if you have a seven outlet/one inlet system cleaned. With all the pollens, dust and molds in the system after many years of use that we had, we felt this cleaning would be worth every penny even if we hadn't needed it for the furnace work.

They were punctual and professional. They told me it would take about two hours and that is almost exactly how long it took. They use a huge vacuum on a truck . They thoroughly cleaned each vent. They even let me watch while the cleaning tool they used whipped the accumulation of junk off our vents. It was amazing to see the difference. I am very satisfied with their work. I will definitely use them again.
