 + -1 moreAn all too typical scenario from a single, independent remodeller/builder: the job took way longer than promised. Lots of excuses. But pushed for prompt payment. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about, but was obviously overextended and did not do as a good a job as he could/should have.
Description of Work: Hired to tear down and rebuild deck.
