They are completely trustworthy. They have done a lot of work for us. They are our electricians. We use them over and over for the quality of their service and trustworthiness.

Overall I was pleased with the quality of the work but thought the price was a bit too high. He was here about 4 hours and labor was 400.00. He did leave a bit of debris from removal of the recessed light. He also forgot to re-hook up my alarm system which I did not mind because it was not working anyway. He called me later to tell me that he forgot and would come back to fix it but I told him he did not have to.

The electrician showed up right on time and within 45 minutes had all my lights and outlets back on line. He needed to replace a circuit breaker which he did not have with him but returned the next day and made the replacement.

Called Northside after reading about them on AL. They estimated after I showed them what we wanted. The electrician Ray was punctual and did exactly what we wanted and the price was significantly less than other estimates. The charge was the same as the estimate. We ended up with several workers here do different jobs and Ray was very flexible to work around and with them.\ Thanks Norma and Mike Slover

When Northwinds discovered an error on the original invoice they contacted me and issued a refund.

Very prompt in calling back, came the next day to assess job and write up a proposal. Proposal was received in 2 days and job was performed within 5 days of acceptance of proposal. There was a 3 day holiday during this period. Took one day to do the job with 2 electricians on the job. They were very professional, clean and competent. Follow-up was done by Mike Skelton during and after the job. Great job!!!

Mike returned my call immediately. We were without electricity and Mike explained he was shorthanded. He referred me to another company. Mike called me back several hours later to make sure I'd gotten ahold of the other company. When the other company couldn't help me, Mike decided he would drive to our home in a rural area 40 miles South from where he was located in the late afternoon in pouring down rain. He temporarily got our electricity working, then several days later the job was completed. In my mind, Mike was a hero. Going the extra mile to make sure his customer was taken care of, coming in as quoted, and getting the job done in a very professional and timely manner. Thank You Mike.

They are actually picking up where another company left off in installing new services. They are very punctual and I am very satisfied with them.

I found Mike to be very honest, and a great human being. I would highly recommend him as a very good electrician. In the past he has also put up dimmer switches and installed outdoor lighting.

They did a good job, they were on time, and the price was reasonable. They did have to come back to do one minor follow-up correction.
