They were very responsive and arrived on time. I had one completely bad gutter and some others that I was considering replacing. I had asked for a phone quote and was told that there was a 100.00 minimum, and the cost otherwise is 3.30/ft. When he calculated the cost of the possible additional work, the original 26 feet plus 31 additional feet, he quoted 250.00 when it should have been 188.10. When I asked he began to talk about tear out and haul away additional costs. I considered this to be a bait and switch tactic. When I questioned the cost he did requote, but by then the bad impression was created. I will seek a different contractor for futher work. If he had not done this, I would have given them top marks for showing soon, on time, and completing on estimate.

Quick and easy.

Good. Made appointment with owner for an estimate to replace old gutter screws and to check for leaks. Owner (Lenny Thomas), showed up at agreed upon date (was within 1 week) and completed work same day. I was able to communicate over phone with owner without any problem. Owner was willing to return to replace, level and remove special bolts that had been attached to a portion of gutters that had worn out. I was pleased with the work, communication, and price that Northwest Gutters performed and I would definitely use again.
