From my experience, everything went very smooth. It seems like you always come across bumps along the way. Mike was great about anticipating everything before it happened. What that meant for me was that there were no surprises. This is exactly why I like to send buyers to him, especially first time homebuyers. He is good about walking folks through the mortgage process step by step. It's funny, I can usually count on Mike to show up when my buyers are signing closing papers, this time he came for my signing too. Thanks Mike.
