I literally can't say enough about Mike Wilbur. My husband and I were ready to buy our first home, and Mike walked us through the entire process, quickly and painlessly. He explained every step in detail and never got tired by my endless questions. He helped us find the best loan option for our situation, and helped us at every step along the way. He was available by phone or email all the time and always got answers back to me as quick as possible. He was very patient and honest with us and at times, felt like the only person I could truly trust in the home buying experience.
In fact, everyone in his office was extremely nice and professional- especially Tiffany Bowling! She is a master at her job and so fast and friendly.
Thanks to Guild, our home loan close quick and on time. I had such a good experience working with the Guild Mortgage team and I will definitely be going back when it's time to refinance or move to the next house.
