Michael and his crew was great. Knocked out our two story house in two days and came back and did our shed the next day. Great price and communicated with me frequently. The wrong accent paint was delivered and he made sure it got corrected. Would highly recommend and will use again on another paint job.

Michael Angelo Exteriors was one of 3 estimates I solicited when I need the full exterior of my house painted. I ended up going with Michael because his quoted price was the most competitive AND he offered the greatest flexibility and urgency around getting the job done. Since I needed it done quickly, this was pretty decisive! It ended up being a great decision - as soon as weather permitted, Michael Angelo's team was out at my house to pressure wash the exterior. The full job was completed for the costs and the time estimated (actually a little under the full two days) and Michael's team was professionally, detail oriented, and consultative as they did a fantastic job painting our exterior. I'm very happy with the work and happy to recommend Michael Angelo Exteriors!

The work completed was satisfactory, but I have requested a receipt from Michael at least a dozen times over a 5+ week span. He repeatedly promised to send the receipt **today**... but never did what he promised. There were a lot of excuses, but the bottom line is I still do not have the receipt I need for record-keeping and tax filing. Disappointing that Michael was not able to fulfill this very simple request. Business owners have to keep records of work done and payments made.

Our house was very much in need of new paint. Michael was great at communicating about the project from start to finish. The crew was conscientious, hard working and came back right away to fix a couple of small spots. Price, timeline and clean up were good. We are receiving compliments from folks out walking in the neighborhood. Thank you!

They did a great job, the paint job on the house came out lovely. But I took off one star because communication was not this contractor's strong point. My emails and messages were not replied to very quickly, so I wondered if I'd been forgotten about, leading me to nudging them for responses. Also, the people I was emailing and talking to on Angi were clearly two different people who weren't communicating well either, because someone on Angi in my messages told me they'd start on x day, but then, it came time for the arrangement for them to come out and start and the main guy didn't even know who I was when I called the day they promised, which led to a several day delay in starting. Then there came a point where I was told a specific day that they were to do a fix and I was never contacted nor updated about that or another inquiry I had about another job. While they do great work and the men who worked on the project were wonderful, the communication was a bit hard to deal with for me personally. But I do love how the project came out overall, it's just unfortunate that there were these communication issues, because honestly I had considered backing out of the project and felt unsure at first, but decided to stick with them as they were the only contractor with multiple paint options that I liked that I had found. Thank you regardless, for the job you guys did.

In the summer of 2019, we had our home painted by Michael Angelo Exteriors. Our home was built in 1938 and needed some TLC. We have a 1450 square foot house, barn, detached garage, and storage building. At first, Michael was very accommodating. I did have to ask for a contract. The crew he sent out consisted of two painters. We also had a carpenter come out to replace some siding. The first carpenter never finished the job. A second carpenter was sent out and had to completely redo everything the first carpenter had done since the job was so shoddy. The painters were supposed to scrape off any peeling paint but missed several spots. There were also several missed areas that had not been painted. My husband had to keep a close watch on the painters and point out flaws to be corrected. While they were working on our home, we were out of town for a couple of days. Which we informed the workers. They had placed their tools in our garage and locked the door. Since we were not home, they literally broke into our garage. Thus, setting off our alarm system, and the police were dispatched. We happen to be in an area with no cell coverage at the time so did not receive the call until we were on our way home. My husband has contacted Michael over and over for several months to fix a specific area of concern that is now peeling. Michael stated he would take care of it, but has had multiple excuses why he could not make arrangements; rain, fires, other jobs, sick, etc. He has promised to remedy the situation several times but has never shown up, even after appointments had been made. After much frustration, we have basically written him off. We would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact, a neighbor of a friend of ours also had his house painted by Michael. He stated he was unhappy with the job done on his house as well. There were a lot of oversprays and the company did not correct that either.

Hire them to paint the exterior of the house because they had excellent reviews and came in at a good price. Communication was horrible at best. They finally sent someone to power wash and we did not know he was coming so we had windows open. He got water all over the inside of the house. A week later painters come. Less than 30 minutes after they said they were done I see complete sides of the house that are peeling and there are huge spots with no paint. Michael sent some over to fix it. He was told to only do 1 side. Finally, he came back and fix all of it. It was all a nightmare!!!! It has only been a week now and I am just praying I do not have to call them back after the first rain. After seeing this review Michael contacted me and apologized for everything that happened. He said to call him if anything else ever needed to be done with the painting and he would fix it. He made me feel like a more valued customer and I feel he made up for some of the mistakes made.

Friendly employees, quick responses, and makes sure work is as expected. Project is still going strong. The main job was completed and now I have another gentleman who is making sure paint job is clean, touching up, making sure all is done to my expectations. I was happy to see that when one of my requests/jobs contracted was not performed satisfactory - it was addressed immediately and redone.

Did a quick job, did not clean up well ,left nails in the driveway. Used black caulk on some seams that needed 2 coats of paint to cover. Tried to sell me on paint, when I told him at least twice that I was doing the painting. It looks ok from a distance even tho top trim is 2 different sizes and it is functional. But I will not hire again.

Very fast.. from first contact to completion. Lowest bid price received and couldn't have asked for a better result. The paint looks great, the area was cleaned every day, no over-spray, and they used the same paint that a competitive bid gave as their "top tier". Definitely recommend!

The painting job was well done but the follow up to finish various items has been nonexistent for over a month. I'm still waiting.

It's summer so it's very busy. The crew worked around the weather to get the house done. The crew were friendly and knew what they were doing. It was the first time I had my house painted and the experience went smoothly. I recommend the painting consultant provided by Sherwin Williams. He was terrific.

All around great experience

I had contracted with Michael Angelo because they were the low bid and had decent reviews. There was a bit of a hiccup at first in that the crew was to arrive to power wash the house between 8 am and 9, but didn't show up until 5:30 pm. But everything went well from there. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. It's a large home, and they were done in two days. They cleaned up everything and left no drips, etc.

we decided we wanted our house painted before we had even moved in. I got five different quotes and though this wasnt the cheapest, I felt they offered a better value and I had a better feeling about the company than the cheapest estimate. After emailing to say that I would like to hire this company to paint my house, I received a response that someone would be by the next day to get the contract signed and no one showed up. I emailed the next day saying that I would have to hire someone else if I didnt hear from them by 4pm that day. I also called Michael and he apologized and came right over. He ordered the samples and the showed up right away. I called the next day and told him the samples were there and someone needed to come put them up on the house so we could decide. He said he would be by the next day. He didn't come so I called that evening and he said he'd be roght over with the brushes and put the samples up. Once we picked a color, I messaged him our selection and the paint showed up a little later. He said they would be able to start painting the next day. He messaged later that day that the guys had finished another job early and asked if they could start. The guys came about an house later and the work was done in 2 days. Other than some communication challenges I was very happy with our choice to hire Michael Angelo for this project. I will likely hire them again for interior painting projects at my house.
