+ -1 moreThis started out as a very stressful project -- until Chris showed up. It was such a relief to turn over the coordination of repairs to someone who knew what they were doing. Sinks, showers and toilets had leaked for years, floors were damaged, even the oven and stove were non-functioning. This nightmare project turn out to be "not so bad".
Description of Work: We needed to remodeled an investment property - that required extensive repairs - a list way too long to list here. The property was also 40 miles away from our home. Chris Melin coordinated the repairs with various subcontractors (like electrician, plumbers), and performed some of the work himself.
