LOWES

They are extremely expensive. We had to wait quite a while for project to begin. The workers would show up between 10 and 11. They took lunch at noon and had many breaks from what was observed They stop work between 4 and 5. They did not proceed in replacing the fence in the way that the neighbor and I specified. They carried lumber one piece at a time. We let them know we had dogs and needed a certain section completed first to help contain the dogs. That is the last section they are working on. In that event they could have left that section down last, but chose to take it down along with the rest of the fence. They said they needed a day between putting the posts to allow them to set. We were told that they were going to start on a Tuesday, allow a day for the posts to set and finish the fence on that same Thursday. Today is Thursday and they have only put posts up one section so far. It is anticipated they will not finish this fence until the flowing Tuesday. We live by a busy street and we cannot let the dogs out in our yard because we are without a fence this entire time. This is NOT OK and not what was agreed to when the fence was ordered from Lowes. Our neighbor wanted to go with Lowes because they thought they would do a good job and that they would stand behind their product. I think they are just standing behind the fence and laughing and smoking most of the time. Attached are are photos of the project T 1 PM on Thursday, the day we were told they were to finish. The workers are still out to lunch at this time.

Horrible, Will never recommend them or shop with them ever!

The installers that Lowe’s sent out were very good. Randy Lacey came out to measure the windows. Our house is older and may not be fully level. Randy did such a good job at the measuring that the installers didn’t without even have to shim a window during the installation. They had three people working and they completed the job in two hours. They cleaned up well and hauled away all the old windows. They did such a great job!

They were excellent. We also bought some appliances from them as well.

Everything was fine. I had to educate the salesperson on what was needed and why.

Transaction at the checkout register was processed properly.

I really like Lowes. They always seem to have somebody who is available at least reasonably quickly. They seem knowledgeable and I pretty much like their prices.

Our initial contact with sales staff proved to be very helpful. Although the gentleman fell outside of the and quot;normand quot; for appearance, he was very knowledgeable regarding blinds, their qualities, and their application. His description of the process for installation was spot-on. The installation desk was very good about scheduling, and then following up and explaining how the process would go. The Installer, Ed from BlindSmith, was prompt, quick, and did an excellent job. On one day, he was running about 20 minutes late, and called both of our phones to let us know what his revised timeline was. He also called after the installation to check on how we liked them. The Installation Desk also called to follow up and ensure that we were comfortable with the way things had gone.

Worst possible experience. Could not walk on tile, left grout over floor, uneven lay of tile, glued tiles together, grouted new toilets to tile, grout all over walls, put tile over old floor and was too high for doors.
