Mr. Phillips spent many, many hours listening to our dreams of the perfect home. He was sensitive to our desires and sent us lists of possibilities. He escorted us to numerous locations and patiently answered our questions about locations; features of the various houses for sale; pointed out not only the good things, but pointed out cautions--ALL without pushing us in any direction. He never showed any frustration with our questions and he showed a genuine desire to help us through the process. It was such a pleasure working with him!
