In November of 2019 I fell and broke the large brass valve in my shower ( one that your water temperature adjuster connects to ) The valve was in the wall so I could only hear it. I had to turn the water off to the whole house. I called Lifeworks and they were out the next morning and put a new valve in. Any plumber could have done this............. I had a quote from another plumber for just the labor he would charge $800. Jim and his son are VERY professional and courteous. Jim and his son brought a new valve with them and had it in in no time............ and for half the price of the first quote they brought the part and put it in! I HIGHLY recommend Lifeworks and will use them anytime I need a plumber!.

Worker was here for about 20 minutes. all he had to do was shorten the chain and re attach to the rubber flapper. No parts needed. Charged us $98.00. That comes out to almost $300.00 per hour and they only live 7 blocks away. This was on a weekday. I tried to do it myself but connected the flapper backwards. My fault for not knowing how to fix it correctly. They fixed the issue but we felt the charge was overboard. for a quick job.
