I had a very positive experience with LEI Engineering & Surveying. The people I worked with in their office were professional, helpful, and responsive to my questions. The surveyors that came out to the job were great too. They explained what they were going to do, completed the work in a timely fashion and did a final walkdown with me to explain their findings.

Great company, very professional. Over priced for a simple job. $700 to jump a fence and dig about an inch deep in the ground. A job like this should be less then half that, especially without even writing up there discoveries.

They called, I explained what I needed, and the time frame. They said someone would research, call back, and complete the job by the end of the week. Some one left a message more than a week later.

"LEI Oregon was never under contract with this individual and we did not promise to complete her job by the end of the week. We originally made contact with his person on a Wednesday following her request for a quote. We took her information, did some research, and then attempted to call her back the following Monday to discuss the quote, leaving 3 messages. She did not return our messages, and so we put her file on pause pending her calling us back."

The field crew was great, but what I got for a survey was minimal for the $800. A full survey was $4,500.
