I contacted Israel to inspect the roof on a home I had listed for sale. It was confirmed the roof needed to be replaced and Lakeside Roofing was able to get the roof replaced and connect the bathroom fan exhaust and properly vented without delaying close of escrow. This was the third time Lakeside Roofing helped with inspections and repairs/replacements for my real estate transactions and I will continue to use their expertise in the future.

My new asphalt roof has drawn approval from neighbors an passer-buys alike. Israel and his crew performed in a professional manner giving a very complete project including post-installation touch-up and cleaning. He showed up on Saturday as he promised. I did not take him long to see the problem. He showed me pictures of the issue. He left to get needed repair items and returned with needed shingles. He even cleaned some leaves off my roof. Very professional.

Israel was on time, polite, and most importantly, fixed the leak in my metal roof. I had been up there trying to figure out where it was coming from but he knew in a few short minutes and replaced a metal piece that had been put in wrong. He also noticed another problem that I was familiar with but hadn't brought up to him yet, so he is obviously on top of things. He fixed that as well! Great job!

Israel came out when he said he would. He is very prompt. It took 2 days to scrape off all the moss on our tile roof and then to power wash it. He will be coming out two more times in the next year to spray to keep the moss off the roof and scrape any if necessary. in this day and age, it is wonderful to find a contractor to give an estimate and do the work in a timely manner and do it well. I would recommend this company to anyone!
