He was just unprofessional. When the new faucet that they replaced within the month failed, they didn't want to fix it. They just told me to cap it off. The whole time I spent putting in the brand new faucet on the outside of the house I have to constantly cap it off all the time because it leaks. It is a real pain. The price seemed a little high for what they did. They didn't want to come back out and guarantee their work. If you put in something and it fails, fix it. I could've done it better. They made a mess of the outside of my house.

The guys at Kodiak Plumbing came out as a result of clogged main lines at the house we just bought. They came out within 48 hours of calling the home warranty people. They snaked the drain and we have had no more issues. However, as a result of the work the kitchen sink drain started leaking. We called them and they said they would be out the next day but they didn't come until the following day, which is why I scored them down on punctuation. They did fix the sink drain. We had them come back later to add a gas line for our new oven. Their price for that was reasonable and they did a great job!
