Excellent. They were on-time and even ahead of schedule for the handle install. Everything looks wonderful.

They were great people.  I don’t remember the exact cost but it was very reasonable.  They were just exceptional.

It went great. They thought they could finish in a day. Even though it got kinda late, they pressed on and the quality of their work was not compromised by the long day they put in. One of the installers came back the next day to bring the remaining door fronts and cabinet doors. He adjusted the springs on the cabinet doors to make sure they were all uniform. Great attention to detail. We made a last minute change to put our sink below the granite instead of on top. There was an additional charge (which I expected), but it was not unreasonable and they did not hesitate to comply with our last minute request.
The only thing I am sad about is I didn't have it done sooner.
Everyone from Chelsea to the three gentlemen who spent the day in our home were top notch. I would definitely recommend them again :)

This is the third time that we have used Kand L for granite installation.We initially used them to install a backsplash in our kitchen. We had our kitchen remodeled and had quartz countertops installed, however, the cost of the 4 inch backsplash was going to be another$1100 for quartz. We found Kand L, who had a granite slab that was very close to our quartz countertop. The installed it the same day at a cost of only $400.
They also installed a granite countertop in our guest bath, and today, installed our 7 foot vanity top. The total cost for today's job was $950 and that included the countertop, 4 inch backsplash AND two under mount sinks . The team has always been very courteous and professional, and their work has always been top notch.
Each time we need granite, we have shopped around the Salem area as well as Portland and have yet to find anyone who comes anywhere close to Kand L's prices..

I would definitely recommend Kand L and will continue to use them for future projects.

We remodeled the 1970's kitchen that came with our house and needed countertops for the new cabinets. We decided to go with granite and looked at the various companies in Salem before deciding to go with K and L. When we visited their store, we were pleased with their product selection, prices and customer service (very friendly!). They had also gotten a good rating on Angie's list. We picked out our granite pieces and sink which they kept until we were ready to have them installed. The installers arrived on time and proceeded to cut the granite pieces on site (they bring their equipment to the site and do their cutting outside, in our case, on our driveway). The quality of their work was excellent , and they cleaned up after themselves, both inside and out. I came home from work to a beautiful kitchen with stunning countertops.

The crew that came out to install my countertop from K and L was very nice but they couldn't speak very good English; that's probably why they made a few mistakes. Small mistakes. but not exactly what I wanted. I am satisfied with their workmanship because what was done was done very well and I would hire them again. I would just make sure they understood exactly what I want. The price was excellent and they did work very hard. All in all I would recommend them, but just make sure they know what you want.
