Description of Work: I was excited to work with the designer I met with, Kelly Lindstrom, who has a background in architecture. We made arrangements for her to come to my home. She was helpful and pleasant. My husband and I went to meet with her in Salem to look at some materials and made arrangements once again to have her come to Corvallis with samples and for her to take measurements of our fireplaces. She and her contractor came out, took measurements and were very affable. She said she would get back to me with plans. Cut to 4 weeks later, not a word from her. I called the Salem office and learned that Kelly was out of town. No problem. I waited to call again later in the week of her return. Again, she did not return my call. A week later, I emailed. No response. A week later another email, no response. We went away on vacation. No email response still. We called the Salem office on our return to get a final bill for the last visit and will not work with or recommend this firm at all.
