Came out next day in the middle of a heat wave when everyone else too busy. Diagnosed promptly. Mike replaced the capacitor. You could tell he was genuinely pleased to tell me it was a minor fix.

Went great. The guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

Awesome!  They sent a technician out to our house in 100 degree weather on a holiday weekend.  We are now cool and comfortable and couldn't be happier.

Fantastic. Very hot for a long time in Salem so it's hard to get anyone the same day for an AC repair. He came the same day on very short notice by us, he was on the roof for a long period of time and had to crawl through small spaces, but he got it done. In addition, the office staff was wonderful and responsive in helping to get the worker out.

One outfit offered to replace the inducer motor for $679, but they did it for $513, came out quickly. Normal price for yearly service is as good or better than others.

Jack Burnett (owner) is straight forward, a problem solver and just a great guy to work with. Whatever the problem (on an older system) or the need (for a new system), I'm always confident that I have good advice and that will do what needs to be done and solve the problem at a reasonable cost.

Andy was very courteous and helpful. Even did a few 'extras' without charging us. Will absolutely use James Heating in the future.

I went fairly well - They did start putting the furnance in the wrong place in the attic, but quickly corrected when I pointed that out. Were polite, clean, fast - very please with their work.

Large crew responded quickly and brought air conditioner instead of heat pump that was ordered. Installed fireplace insert but bezel did not fit. Indicated they would get correct one. Brought correct heat pump and installed same. All worked OK - however bezel never arrived. Paid for heat pump and installation of same. Local manufacture rep for gas insert came with James rep - indicated they would order larger bezel. Weeks passed and finally was told that no bezel was available. Asked for insert to be removed if no satisfactory insert and bezel could not be obtained. Stated I would not pay until satisfied. James turned me over to collections. Demanded that insert be removed and they did so.

Mike the technician arrived on time, checked out the unit and soon discovered that the blown capacitor was at fault, and quickly repleaced it. Cold air was blowing inside the house within fifteen minutes of his arrival. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
