 + -1 moreThey were very professional on the sales side..we have a steep roof on a tough road to make deliveries..they carefully handled all the issues. The product is their best available and is the only one they install and stand behind. Their subcontractor was also excellent in that the owner personally oversaw the entire process. They educated us about the long term aspects of skylights and plastic vent pipes and addressed both of those items with the best ways to insure that they would not fail over the long term. The warranty was a 50 year warranty and since we live on the coast with high winds, we had a small issue which they promptly through their contractor, took care of.. And they provide great financing options which we took advantage of as well. Also, there were some delays due to the total work which also included new gutters and they credited me with the final $1600 as compensation for the delays. I have used them in the past and would do so again given both experiences.

 + -1 moreThe purchase was a nightmare but the the installation was amazing! Incorrect flooring was ordered and delivered and had to re-order and adjust charges. Took additional time to get correct flooring. However, the installers did a beautiful job and were very professional! Very happy with the end result.
