Rentals - Cars
Horrible company. Terrible customer service. Showed up with more expensive car and told me that was all they had. Yeah. right. I had a mid-size reserved so you can see where I might feel a bit weird.
I gave them my card to pay for the car and they ended up taking all of the money in my bank with that same card. They maxed it out till I had nothing left! I called about this, spoke to a man and was treated poorly. I was told there was nothing anyone can do blah, blah, blah... Worse...Did nothing to get me my money back the entire time I had the vehicle. Over 4 days!
The car dripped a massive amount of oil in my garage which I had to clean up with a bunch of newspaper. I have never seen so much oil drip from a car just sitting in the garage before. Not that great of a vehicle either. Oh, they did show up on time though!
