We got an estimate based on photos that I took of the sofa. It was an extra long four cushion sofa that was too big for our new house. They took it apart, cut it down, and put it back together perfectly. They did it quickly (four business days including delivery time), since we didn't have much left to sit on. The price included pick-up and delivery. They were nice to work with and we would use them again.

I took my chair to the shop and ordered the fabric. I was told it may take 2 weeks but my chair was ready in one week and turned out great.

Several weekis later we were called and informed recliner was ready. When I arrived Ii asked owner if I could see the invoices for the foam and the leather. He said "That's none of your business. I explained that I recently acted as my own general contractor when remodeling our house and I had received a 15% discount on all materials. He said that he made a profit on all his upholstery. I said the labor was $192 which was reasonable. I paid the bill and left. The Owner's tone was hostile and abrupt

Efficient estimate with no waiting. Price half of what I had gotten elsewhere. Beautiful work and they even refinished the frame without extra charge.
