After 4 years, the roof must be replaced again because the shingles were not applied correctly. The foundation problem was corrected by securing the home to a cement slab. The weight of the concrete has caused the slab to sink and detach from the home, creating a much bigger problem than original. David Harmony said he will do no more work on my property and will not fix the problems.

He did a good job. Was slow in returning my phone calls.

David, made sure all surfaces were protected before attempting removal.  He cleaned up behind himself and made sure the stove was properly disposed of under DEQ requirements.  He made a special trip to my home to deliver the signed paperwork certifying the stove had been properly disposed of.  He made sure all the areas were swept clean and free of debris from roofing and hauled off the same.  He met with new owners and introduced himself and make sure the work was to their satisfaction as well.  We highly recommend him for any work needed on a manufactured home.  We will also be having him work on our new "stick house" as well.

It went well. Any small bumps we had had to do with the type of surround I chose versus a different higher quality one. The glue for the surround simply would not stay sealed the first time. He came back and we worked out a solution that has worked great. Job looks very nice.
