The contractor spent little time on the site. His primary worker was sloppy, did poor quality work and was absent during a most critical time. We are considering having the cabinets redone, because of an apparent error in the mixing of the finish. They "borrowed" one of our fans without permission and ruined, promised to clean or replace it but it never happened.

Contractor was the same one who originally built the home 22 years ago. The attention to detail of self and all subcontractor's performance, 22 years ago, is evidence as to the "durability" and quality of the home's construction. The remodel was of equal if not better quality. The contractor as well as all the subcontractors were exceptional and there were no short-cuts. The period for completion was extended because the contractor did perform the "little-extras" and meticulous work. The price was reflective of the quality and the estimates were very accurate.
