They are a little expensive. They should finish the job.

I requested a landscape design, plants and a drip irrigation system bid. The Landscape design turned out to be literally some hand drawn circles on a piece of paper with letters i.e. "CA" or "K"  indicating where the plants would be placed and the scientific names hand-written on the right of the page/note. As a non-landscaper (which is why I was planning on hiring one), this was not remotely helpful in helping me decide whether or not this was a design I liked or if even the plants I asked about were included. I instead chose to buy a computer program that has thousands of plants that you can filter by regional zones, types (many ways and even add bark mulch, gravel or pavers) that I could simply place over a photo of my yard and you can barely tell I added them after the photo was taken. I used this program for about 2 hours selecting the plants I wanted (it even shows how big they will get). I then purchased the plants and put them in the ground and it looks AMAZING.  The only reason I even mentioned this program (Realtime Landscape Architect) , is because I would expect a professional landscape design company to have a similar program available for their employees to spend 15 minutes on to help the lay person visualize the product they are trying to sell. The money I saved MORE then payed for the program and you can create hardscaping and water features. in fact, I have already designed my backyard and a neighbors front yard.  As you can tell, I REALLY like this software program.
The Drip irrigation I had them put in was a simple; attach to the city water and run the plastic tube on top of the ground installation. I buried the tube after I put the plants I purchased in. It works just as it was intended, but it took them a few weeks to fit me into the schedule this time of year.

It's good. They come when they say they are coming and do what they say they are going to do. They are prompt.

They've been my yard maintenance company for about three years and I have very little to complain about. The neighbors have commented on how good my yard looks, which they never did when I did the work. They arrive every Friday around noon and a two person crew works the place for a full half-hour. Shrubs are trimmed, lawn mowed, the entire area cleaned with a blower, all refuse carted away. On occasion they will miss some minor detail that needs attention, but when I point it out, it's taken care of right then, and in the future. I'm totally satisfied.
The service cost I've shown is my monthly charge.

They placed low maintenance grass and clovers. They did a great job. They were fast and efficient. The put down a ground cover to keep the weeds out. They went above and beyond the work order. It looks great so far and I am considering them for our back yard. Their pricing was very reasonable. They only had two guys do it and they did so fast! They were able to take my ideas and make them a reality. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They put down a cloth to run the wheel barrows throughout the yard.

I have them come out every year and start up my sprinkler system for the year. They charge $55 an hour onsite to do whatever they have to do. They come and do a quick job. I don't know anything about sprinkler systems or irrigation systems but they do so it makes a lot easier. They come out and they are here when they are supposed to be. They get the job done in a minimal amount of time because they do charge the $55.

They do all kinds of landscaping. They are reasonable, good, and very professional. I like their professional estimates. We got to know of them from our neighbor. I liked the fact that they got everything leveled. They did what they said they would, and did it well. It looks really nice. Their price wasn't outrageous.

I have had pretty good service with them. They come on a certain day at a certain time. If I ask them to do something they always take care of it. They are fast and they have a supervisor who comes out every once in a while to make sure everything is ok. They do everything.

Seemed overworked. No follow up after job was done. Lost many plants after only 1 year. Stone walk was done very poorly. Will have to have it redone by someone that knows what they are doing. Only good part price seemed good at the time. You get what you pay for.

They were able to start the job quickly which I appreciated. They also worked hard until the work was completed which I also appreciated. They were willing to please. I can't really speak about the sprinkler system function yet as it was done in late November. The designer was good but it seemed like he was so overworked sometimes it was hard to get connections made. Overall though I felt they were a good company. I would use them for future work.
