Excellent work! Green Acres did all landscaping for our new construction. They were efficient, professional, friendly and creative . Would definitely recommend! Project manager Orion was great!!

We had Green Acres install turf in our back yard just over a year ago and have been having difficulty with them since. It started with them underestimating the amount of turf needed to complete the job and costing us an extra 5k for them to piece together the turf they had, leaving multiple seams that are still visible. They changed the layout of our back yard and moved sprinklers for the install. The sprinkler did not work and they needed to come back out and get them to run. Now they spray directly on the house. We have been trying to get in contact with someone to come out and look at the turf as we had questions about the quality of the turf as it looks like it has melted/burned and we are concerned that it might be a manufacturing defect. This process took about 10 months to finally get someone to come out and look at the turf. We told them about all of about concerns and got the feeling that we were getting brushed off/dismissed at the time. It has since been a couple of more months since they were out looking at our turf and a couple of phone calls later and we have still not heard back. I would not recommend Green Acres to do anything in your yard if you expect to have any kind of follow up questions, or for them to fix any mistakes made in installation.

Our experience with green acres has be horrible. They did the estimate in September, continually put off our job, without contacting us ( i had to contact them three times to find out when they were going to start the work and they always said they would call back within a week and never did) and did actually start the work until the middle of november when it was horribly rainy and muddy. After the work was completed and still to this day the backyard is un-accessable. The grass is soggy wet and you sink when you walk on it. The bark dust is the same way. I cannot walk on the bark dust without sinking ankle deep in red clay mud. They left the side of the house and back of the house filthy with mud. They told us they would come back to do a walk through and clean up and still have not contacted us despite my husband calling twice. They also killed our grass out front with their equipment and told us that is was our problem to fix because that was the only way to get access to the backyard.

They were a terrible service provider. They worked for our neighbor infringed on our property and never fuly rectified their damage.

Good. Leaky part was fixed. The employee was very personable

We had a good experience with them.
