On time, great guys, great work

apart from how long I had to wait (which was worth it, by the way) since he is 4-6 weeks out during the summer, working with Brian was a complete breeze. I wish all my contractors were as talented and easy to work with as he. his workers were courteous and they did the job quickly and cleaned up more than their area of work! wow!

Brian has great ideas and is a good listener and understands budget and what adds value to a home. We have hired him to do more work after our experience today.

Things were wonderful with them.

I am very happy with the outcome and the neighbors keep complimenting me on how nice our yard looks.  It took two days to do the job and the workers were fast, considerate, and competent.  Harold worked with me, letting me change some of the details on the original bid (extended the grass in the front and did not do the grass in the back, etc.)
Would most definitely use Landscapes Northwest again.

 It started off very well, the guys arrived at the time they had said and the owner Bryan, was back and forth all day checking on their progress, Unfortunately Bryan was taken ill suddenly, and the job came to halt for a day, But Bryans father Harold took over the reins and kept us informed of the situation and got the job right back on track, Harold would be back and forth to check on progress and run back and forth getting supplies for the guys doing the work.
The guys doing the work are obviously very proud of their work, meticulously checking their own work,  and tidying behind themselves, they worked hard all day. when they had finished the job, they cleaned our yard and watered in the new sod they had laid, right up until they left.
We are very pleased with the work done, and have used our  patio more since this job finished than we have in the 2years we've lived here. Thank you.

Bryan and his crew were FANTASTIC!  I would highly suggest them.  They completed our backyard remodel in only four days.  They extended our patio with gorgeous pavers, and they installed a wonderful water feature surrounded by river stones.  They tore out our old grass in the back yard and replaced it with all new grass.  They widened our flowers beds, trimmed our trees and bushes, and laid down bark dust in the flower beds.  Our yard is now a wonderful oasis! 



Bryan gave us some great ideas and helped us to think outside of the box.  His crew was delightful to work with.  Everyone arrived on time and worked very hard throughout the four day.  Bryan came over each day to make sure that everything was staying on track and being done correctly.   He was extremely responsive.  I am so thankful that we hired them.  We could not be more pleased with the outcome.

Bryan did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the results and the work in general. I will use Bryan again and probably with a maintenance contract.

Fantastic work! I knew they would do a great job, because they had put in the original irrigation over a decade ago!
Bryan and his crew were on time, expedient, and listened to the plan I wanted - and hand dug it all to get it done, around plants, bulbs, shrubs and roses.
The crew went beyond to do a few extra things at no extra cost - like checking and replacing sprinkler heads on the opposite side of the house, added an extra drip to a bush out front, and Bryan readjusted the timer for both sides.  But the biggest and most appreciated was that they broke up a 200lb concrete 'rock'  (found while digging the lines - where did that come from?) for me since I couldn't move it myself - and did this for free. Anyone else would of just left it for me to dispose of  - and I would of had to hire someone else to come get it out...   and it is hard to get even a wheelbarrow thru to the back yard!
Also, they cleaned up and put everything back that they had to move to do the job.
I will continue to call Landscapes Northwest for all of my irrigation needs in the future. Great Job!

Okay at this point

We like them a lot. They have taken care of our yard for 20 years. They are very dependable. They mow, trim shrubs, sprinkler, etc. They rarely charge us more for extra work. They are very good and you can depend on them. We have had the same guy mow our long for most of those 20 years and he treats it like his own. These guys are licensed and bonded.
