it started off great.  We met with him a month before our wedding.  The day of the wedding went great.  He even did some fancy taping on our way to the reception.
After weeks of bugging him, we finally received the dvd's 8 weeks after our wedding, but i was immediately disappointed.
First my name was misspelled on the cheap looking DVD cover he made - he spelled it "Rachae;".  Yes, a semi-colon in my name.  On the label on the DVD, he spelled my name "Rachael".  Again, wrong....  Considering we filled out an agreement and my name was spelled correctly on it, it was just a bad way to start with our wedding DVD.
We had a different song played during our wedding.  it was "I want to grow old with you", the song from the wedding singer.  however, i had a different version played.  One of the short videos that was provided used the version from the film, WITH the talking from the film.  it was just disappointing that the version we had during our ceremony was not used.  he could have asked for it, but he never did.
the video of our wedding ceremony was going great until, for some unknown reason, he decided to add a black and white feature during the ceremony at a few different parts.  it added NOTHING and all it did was distract from the ceremony.  i kept thinking why did he put that there?  it was literally in the middle of the ceremony when it changed to black and whiter for a minute and then back to color.  all it did was distract.
about 2 weeks after we received our wedding DVD, i emailed him asking him to correct his mistakes to my name as well as take out the black and white feature of the ceremony.  it's been 4 weeks with absolutely no response.
overall, a disappointment transaction.
