First Call Pest Control

They are very punctual and professional.  They explain the type of spray they are using both inside and outside and are very careful advising you what the spray will do inside to fabrics, etc. and work with you to make sure nothing gets sprayed that would be harmful or damage property or pets.  They are very good to work with and extremely careful and do a great job.  After spraying last year I never had and inscect problems at all inside or outside the home. My  off the shelf insect sprays were never used and are still on the shelf in the garage a year older.

We Called First Call upon hearing scratching noises from our heating duct work.  The owner came out right away and suspected that a rat worked its way into the ducting where it was warm.  He baited and set traps just below the crawl space door so we could observe when a critter was caught.  The next day we found one small rat.  First Call returned and set more traps now that they knew for sure what the intruder was.  He came two more times to check the traps.  The work included repair of the duct work in two locations and replacement three foundation vent screens.  Problem solved.

First Call was prompt, they always came as scheduled, and did the work efficiently.  We're very happy.

They were reliable.  He showed up.  They were able to take care of the pest problem.  He was very polite.  The estimate what he gave us is what he charged us.  We were not at home when he came so I don't know the exact price. 

They are excellent. If you call them they come out immediately. I think they are family owned. They are very responsible and thorough. I have had no problems. They do more than they say they will. I would and do recommend them. The above price is for 3 months of service.
