Not well. Selling or buying. I have reason to believe this agent is unethical, though I can't prove it. He often represents buyers and sellers together and I believe uses this arrangement to his advantage. Would absolutely not negotiate at all on commission, even though he was representing us on two transactions. My opinion is that he sells new construction homes that he is aware have defects and does not provide this information to buyers. As with the other reviewer (who luckily chose not to hire him), steer clear.
