The over all job was timely, completed in two days on the day he scheduled and the over all look of the job was very good. The clean up wasn't that great. There were lots of paint spots left that had to be cleaned up by me. I would use him again if he was held to making sure that he cleaned up after himself because the over all look was fine.

He was recommended to me and I have now used his services twice. He is very busy and sometimes you have to wait your turn. John comes out to provide the bid. When the crew arrives, John is on site to ensure they understand exactly what I want to have done. The work has been good.

It went very well. Though I had some difficulty selecting the colors that I wanted for walls, trim, and cabinets ... Mr. Avery showed unfailing patience and courtesy throughout. He was very professional and thorough, rechecking the job and making sure everything was done to his (and my!) satisfaction.

On time, done right. Gave us lots of information, and tips on how to touch-up and maintain the surfaces. Seemed very happy to be doing our work. HIGHLY RECOMEND!!!

He was enthusiastically recommended by a colleague of mine, and promptly returned my phone call. He was conscientious throughout the job: right on time, very cordial, and did wonderful work. He was able to work around my weird schedule, and come in for parts of three days to paint, and the place is just transformed -- for slightly under the estimate, too. Tremendous attention to detail, and friendly without being intrusive. It was like having a very quiet friend working around the house. I'd definitely hire him again (ugh -- my kitchen needs him! :-) ).

John Avery at Eagle Eye Property Services did an excellent job for us. He showed up promptly with another employee. Together they removed the existing moss on our roof and treated it to prevent further moss growth. They were fast, efficient and professional. John had been recommended to me by numerous friends for whom he had done painting, gutter cleaning or moss removal, and I join the ranks of those who recommend him and will definitely call him again when I have needs in these homeowner areas. He is very personable and knowledgeable, with a strong sense of responsibility and desire to achieve customer satisfaction. I will definitely use his services again.
