 + 3 moreVery well. On time, keeps the work area clean. Darrell is one of the calmest people I have meet. Small problems arise and he just handles them.
Description of Work: He is currently remodeling our kitchen & covering our deck. This is quite an extensive remodel requiring the removal and rebuilding of the roof structure. So far everything is going much better than I expected.

 + -1 moreI left a message for this contractor asking him to call us back re. getting an estimate for repairing/rebuilding a deck and adding a wheelchair ramp. There was no return call. If a contractor is too busy or not interested in or qualified for the type of work, it takes about three minutes to pick up the phone and explain that to a prospective customer. Good business practice--not to mention common courtesy--requires at least that much.
Description of Work: Nothing, literally nothing.

 + 11 moreOverall, they worked very quickly and paid attention to details. They were at my house from Feburary until May of 2011. With all that was done, they did an excellent job and I have received many complements from family and friends on the quality of work that was done to my home.
Description of Work: Started with a remodel of my kitchen. Then I added 2 bathrooms remodeled including tile work. I then added siding and windows, along with a new back porch/covered deck. They did my floors in two bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, dining room, and family room in wood and replaced all my old bedroom and bathroom doors, They also painted almost all of the interior of my house minus the family room, living room and one bedroom. They also re-roofed my house and repaired the gutters.

Description of Work: DTD Construction has done remodeling for me. He remodeled my kitchen, he put siding on my house, he put windows in my house, he put new wood flooring in my house, and he rehung all of my gutters. Now he is rebuilding my deck and patio.
